About Small Marketing Teams
“I give people who want to grow their business (but don’t know how) the path to grow their business without needing a big budget or a big marketing team.” – Josh Paul
I used to be like many of you. I worked in marketing and product management for companies have grown almost exclusively by word of mouth or by having dozens of expensive salespeople cold calling all day long.
I worked those systems successfully for several years. However, I also came face to face with their limitations. It is fine to grow your business through these means if you are comfortable putting your future in the hands of luck and high-priced brute force.
Luckily, I’ve found a better way to grow businesses.
My methodology generates more qualified lead with less ongoing effort. It also lowers the cost of acquiring customers and creates better relationships with customers along the way.
How do I know?
I have lived it for the past 6 years. I have made a lot of mistakes over that time, but through that, I have figured out what works and what does not. I have learned exactly how to grow businesses without a big marketing budget or big marketing team.
Now, I’d like to share these shortcuts with you.
Companies with Small Marketing Teams Are Often Overlooked
While there is more than enough business advice online, from consultants, and in books, most of it is pulled from large companies with seemingly endless budgets and marketing teams that are bigger than your entire company.
How many times have you read a business book and eventually gotten to the part about how Apple or Google or SAP did it?
Why I Created Small Marketing Teams
Small Marketing Teams was created to provide practical, realistic, and proven processes to companies with one-person marketing teams (who are also the salesperson, CEO, and payroll administrator) to teams big enough to fill a Toyota Prius.
If you want to grow, but don’t know how, or if you have tried implementing content marketing tactics, but have not seen the results you were promised, you are in the right place.
Let’s continue this journey together.
